The Radiologic Technology field issues certificates after a thirty or forty-hour courses are completed. A sixty-hour course is needed for the Associate degree. To obtain a Bachelor’s degree the course is sixty hours of Radiology Technology and sixty hours of General Education.
The Master’s degree program for Radiology Assistants requires the student has worked in the field at least three years, with a Bachelors degree, to start their two years of training. This is the wise path to begin or add to a healthcare career as a Radiology Technician.

The Allied Health Program has a two-year course of study with sixty-four hours for Radiologic Technology. The students will be taught Clinical Practice. There is an AART Clinical Competency Checklist that must be completed. The student will be eligible to take the American Registry of Radiology Technologists or the AART exam. The Radiologic Technology, A.A.S degree will be awarded.

The school was awarded “School of the Year Honors” by the National Association of Health Professionals in 2011. The Specialized Medical Assistant program was launched in 2008 and was named the “Medical Assistant with Limited Scope X-ray Training” in DFW, Texas.

The institution is Regulated and Approved by the Texas Workforce Commission’s Career Schools and Colleges Division and the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools or ABHES.
The College of Health Care Professions in Fort Worth offers an Associates and Bachelors Degree program. Students are eligible for these programs if they hold a Texas License and Limited Radiology Certification.
